Services
- The Sotoyome Resource Conservation District provides
fee for service
work to business, agencies and individuals for a variety of resource
conservation project needs.
SRCD's fee for service
program includes prioritization, schedule/document
control, permitting, environmental review, public
outreach, financial management, and project
implementation oversight.
Our project experience encompasses watershed
management, large scale invasive species removal,
streambank stabilization, alternative water storage
development, riparian revegetation projects, and
group capacity building.

- Aerial photographs (1993 and some historic) of sections of Sonoma County can be viewed. Please call the Sotoyome RCD at 707-569-1448 to check for specific area availability. Aerial photos of the entire county (from the 1940's to 2000) are available at the Natural Resource Conservation Service Field Office in Petaluma. Please contact them at (707) 794-1242 ext. 3 for more information.
- Several copies of the Sonoma Soil Survey are available in our office for viewing and to make photocopies.
- U.S.G.S. Topo maps of Sonoma County are available to view only. (copies are for sale at Sonoma Outfitters and Corricks, downtown Santa Rosa)
- If you have questions or concerns about other resource issues (wetlands, stream bank erosion, regulations, etc.) contact our office and we can direct you to sources that can provide assistance.
